Consciousness in Community is a 12-week online course beginning in February 2026. This course brings into focus what we all share at the core of our being; how to allow that essential essence to direct our actions in the world; and how this common center serves as the foundation for dynamic, authentic, generative communities.
This class centers on interactive engagement with the principles of radical transparency, as we walk side-by-side through a transformative journey—not only as individuals, but as a community.
Course Description:
We will begin our journey by identifying and exploring the Essential Self—the aspect of each of us that exists prior to and beyond spacetime, arising directly from the Ground of Being as a fractal of Original Mind. The Essential Self serves as a stabilizing core, and when given primary authority within our experience, naturally organizes thoughts, emotions, and impulses, enabling clarity, coherence, and resilience.
We’ll then examine how existing internal patterns have been shaped by our past experiences, and how intense or overwhelming situations can cause certain thoughts, emotions, or habits to become “stuck.” While these past experiences exceeded our capacity—emotionally, mentally, or energetically—at the time, we will explore how to skillfully integrate them into the core of our being, freeing up resources to respond creatively in the world moving forward.
We’ll also discuss how to observe and learn from our own internal dialogue, recognizing that we function as a community of subpersonal perspectives. What we experience as contradictory thoughts are not errors, but distinct viewpoints, each configured to support the Self in its own way. From this vantage point, we learn to understand the broader context behind our thoughts and feelings, allowing us to update and coordinate these internal tendencies into a flexible, integrated system.
From here we’ll discuss community dynamics specifically, exploring how participants who engage deeply with this process emerge well-equipped to enter into authentic, evolving relationships with others. Grounded in the shared reality of the Essential Self, we can embrace radical transparency, recognize fundamental commonalities, and act as mirrors for one another, supporting growth and alignment with this transcendent, foundational Self. This is what evolved consciousness in community looks like.
