Consciously Connected is a weekend workshop retreat focused on the two intrinsically related topics of transparency and connectivity. Join Darren as we explore what’s involved in showing up as our most authentic and unique selves, and how a commitment to radical transparency relates to our ability to experience profound connection with our deepest, most essential selves, each other, and the enfolding conscious Cosmos.

FORMAT
The workshop retreat teaching sessions are accompanied by opportunities for personal reflection, small group interaction, practice work and group celebration. This format is optimized to make the experience both practical and transformational.

OVERVIEW
Despite the many wonders of our modern, electronically-connected world, there is something to be said for coming together, in person, face-to-face, to experience the coherent field of consciousness manifested by a small group of committed practitioners. This is exactly what we aim to cultivate and experience in the Consciously Connected workshop retreat. Together, we are more than the sum of our parts. Together, we represent a move in Consciousness, as we — a coherent, willing channel — become a vehicle for shared intention.

In addition, coming together as an open-minded, heart-centered group allows each of us to practice — with abundant patience and grace — expressing ourselves in the world in a truly authentic way. Amongst a vortex of inherited energies that influence how we show up in the world — energies that include ancestral, cultural and personal histories — there is an essential self, unique to each of us, that wants to find expression. As we cultivate that truest of expressions, not only does this put us in touch with vital, generative energy, but it also becomes the greatest gift we can give back to the world. And in that sense this becomes a Cosmic win-win.
